All discussions with me are confidential. I may share information when needing support from my supervisor but the information is always anonymised first. Otherwise, any information I share about you with other health and social care professionals is done only with your written consent.

None of the above affects your rights under the legislation, in particular your right to access the data I may hold on you. If you wish to request a copy of your data, please submit it in writing/email to me via my business address. Please include enough information to enable me to identify you and to search for appropriate data.

Due to the sensitive nature of the type of work I do, my insurance company does not allow the deletion of data before the minimum holding time is reached.
